TPM is a proven strategy for achieving excellence in business through complete cultural change aiming at achieving zero tolerance on loss, wastage, accident, quality defect etc.

We have tied up with Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance through CII - TPM Club of India.

We have formed TPM committee & defined everybody's role & responsibility. We have 20 trained TPM Facilitator to pursue the culture throughout the Plant.

Our aim is to challenge and achieve “TPM Excellence Award” in 2017.
